Chairman – Dr. Stefan Zapotocky.
Dr. Zapotocky gained experience by working for several leading banks like ERSTE BANK AG, Österreichische Länderbank AG (LB) and Bank Austria (BA). He used to hold the position as head of the securities and asset management units of Bank Austria Creditanstalt (BACA) AG. In 2000, he was appointed to the board of the Vienna Stock Exchange as CEO. Stefan Zapotocky is a member of the board and director of BAST AG Value & Invest Development, of the supervisory board of ÖIAG, GrEco AG, Breitenfeld AG and Salzburger Aluminium AG. And he is a member of the advisory board of Oberbank Opportunity Invest Management GmbH.

Deputy Chairman – Peter Richards.
studied chemical engineering at NC State University and environmental management at Harvard University. In the 1990’s he worked as a consultant to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Poland and to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Slovakia. In 2003, he help found cleantech investor relations firm Carbon International and Vienna-based Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP). He has raised equity for numerous wind, biomass and solar companies including Continental Wind, SunDurance Energy and Solco Solar. Since 2005, he is on the advisory board of AIM-listed Low Carbon Accelerator.

Member – Freiherr Dr. Norbert v. Handel.
Dr. v. Handel studied law at universities in Innsbruck and Munich. From 1967 he held positions at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce before founding market research bureau IMAS in 1972 which has been merged with co-founded (1980) GEMA instute. From 1980 Freiherr Dr. Norbert v. Handel was a member of the executive and the supervisory board of listed BBAG Group. He is partner of SA-Invest GmbH, Beta Records (Los Angeles, USA) and IBT Investment –u. Beteiligungsgesellschaft. Freiherr Dr. Norbert v. Handel is vice-president of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Austria.

Member – Ricardo Carrilho.
Mr. Carrilho has a degree in management with a main focus in corporate finance at ISCTE Lisbon. He currently (since March of 2010) acts a director of New Energy Fund, a Portuguese fund with investments in renewable energy projects. From 2001 - 2010, he was the project and participation manager at AICEP Capital Global, a Lisbon-based venture capital company. In the execution of this job, Mr. Carrilho officiated as supervisory board member of several companies like Hozar Portugal (Clothing); Listral (Airplanes Structures); Rede de Dianóstico (Medical Services); Caravela SGPS (Haggen Daz Portugal) and Plataforma SGPS (Conglomerate). Prior to this, Mr. Carrilho worked as a risk manager for Banco Santander.
